It’s a large furnished bedroom, in a very quiet, and peaceful home. The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s located close to parks, a University, grocery stores, fast food eating places, freeway, and public transportation. Free from drama, smoke, and illegal drugs. There is a large back yard to be enjoyed.

I am retired, live without drama, very peaceful. No heavy traffic. One other quiet person living here. We are very respectful of each other.
