Single person occupancy only. No overnight visitors.

House of Peace & and Tranquility, so to speak. You will have your own front door code and private bedroom key. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful middle-class families with biking trails & park nearby. Prior to writing, please introduce yourself & share if you are full-time employed/have a car (no remote work, please)..What days & hours you work. How’s your credit/criminal background looks, please. I would rather hear it from you than piece of paper. I understand that in life, we all at times face challenges & difficulties. Please mention how long of a lease works for you. Ideal tenant for me would be a s I x or year stay. Might be flexible.

Intersections are Cooper & Guadalupe/Elliot. Gilbert downtown is only 5 mins away, and hwy freeway access is less than 4 mins away as well! Very convenient! Thank you! I have excellent references from prior tenants who simply moved due to getting married, or moving out of state, job relocation.

House is very roomy & large with 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen as well as allocated pantry space/Shelves. Kitchen fully cookware/dishes stocked. You are welcome to use. Rooms are fully furnished. Huge living room & large family room. Tv is included in the bedroom. My husband & I live on the other wing of the house in the master. You will enjoy living here. Few have had opposing schedules (nights & it’s worked out very well for all). Most of the time..house is empty with us all working opposing schedules. We also like to travel, etc. Back yard is very spacious with fruit trees & just birds singing. BBQ. Washer & Dryer privileges are included. Very relaxing for cup of coffee/tea or evenings. Super safe neighborhood. Privacy & no one behind us. Single story homes. :)
