North 30th Street

Hey party people! My name’s Danny, I am a 24 year old male who is looking for a roommate or 2 at the house I am renting in Tacoma. It’s nestled right in between the Ruston and Proctor district, with a ton of restaurants and bars and grocery stores nearby. The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1200 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms available. Rent for either room is $800, and utilities would be split amongst roommates. The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher/fridge) and dining room, a huge fully fenced-in yard, lots of storage, a 2-car garage (unattached), in-house washer/dryer, and the open bedrooms are spacious. The bedrooms are not furnished but I have all the kitchen pots and pans, a full office set up, a library, and a dining room set. I have a cat (who is very cute and snuggly), so dogs would most likely be a no-go since they freak my little guy out.

More about me: I’m a 24 year old guy, graduated from UW in Seattle. I travel for work, so I will most likely be gone for most of the year. Doesn’t that sound like the best roommate ever? When I am around, I’m in grad school so will mostly be working on that, or I’ll be out on some backpacking trip. I love to read and watch movies, and train for marathons! I volunteer on the weekends when I’m around at the humane society and the local library
