Two-story two-bedroom 1.5-bathroom townhouse with in-unit washer and dryer. Also has all appliances and living room has couch and dining table. Bedroom being offered has sink, vanity and medicine cabinet; plus walk-in closet. Bathrooms are shared.

My boyfriend and I (26 and 27) moved in with someone else. Our roommate took off for various reasons, so we’re trying to figure out what to do now. We have an old dog that is better with females (other than my boyfriend and his dad), good with cats and children once he gets to know them (wary and barky but does not bite and is barky because he’s afraid, him going blind doesn’t help) but he does not do well with other dogs in his old grouchy age. We also have two cats, one of whom is very upset when other cats move in. So moving in other cats would be difficult, but not necessarily impossible. Possibly open to lesbian couple, two females willing to share room or a single mom.
