The property is a furnished two bedroom and 2.5 bathroom one house from the beach. It has a full sized kitchen, dining room, living room, large outdoor patio and sunroom, and laundry room. Street parking is available. All utilities are included in the rent. It’s located in a quiet, but fun area on the peninsula with great neighbors and a beautiful stretch of beach.

Hi! I’m 25 years old and moved to Newport September 2023 to open and run a small boutique. I’m pretty organized and try to keep it that way. I love a good night out and a good night in. I have a cute Pomeranian named Coco who comes to work with me every day.
