Looking for someone to move in after current roommate moves out, 2 bed 2 bath, front porch, washer and dryer in unit, very fast wifi, and clean roommate.
About the roomies
This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, I will be the only other roomie. I am avid reader, so I prefer someone who is quiet and respectful. Not a partier, so not looking for anyone who is looking to throw ragers here. I do all of my dishes by hand after I use them, we have a dishwasher but I don’t use it.
