I am renting the master bedroom of the condo. The rent price is inclusive of light and water, as well as internet. We are 2 adults, a mother and son, living in the condominium right now and looking for a third roommate. You will have your own bathroom. The laundry washer and dryer are complimentary only. It is not permitted to use any type of smoking, vaping, or alcohol, nor are overnight visitors sleeping in your rented room at all!! That is grounds for me to ask you to leave immediately and terminate/cancel your rental agreement. Everyone respects others privacy. For a married couple The first month ($1500) rent and the last month ($1500) deposit are required!! Total move in cost ($3,000) for a married couple The rent cost is $1200 a month with no one else sleeping over night total move in cost is $2400 (first and last) to move in for a single person, The room is ready to move in on May 1st.The neighborhood is calm, clean, and secure. Security guard at night. Publix Market, WPB Airport, is 10 minutes away, centrally located near restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is 15 minutes away as well.
