One bedroom available in a 4BR apartment 2Baths. Bright, spacious, quiet and you can view the gg park from the bedroom. You would share the bathroom with only one other roommate.

Roommates are laid back, friendly, clean, and kind. We are a fun and diverse household.

Future roommate would be someone who would treat the apartment as their own, and clean often and especially when it is his/her week to clean. Roommate would also be respectful of others and keep noise levels down at night during the week. SORRY NO CO-TENANCY, COUPLES OR DOUBLES AT THIS TIME.

No pets. No indoor smokers.

Amenities: internet, cable, washer/dryer, and working fire place.

Neighborhood: The apt is located in the Outer Richmond District in SF. It is one block from Golden Gate Park. Walking or jogging in the park is amazing. The apt is about two minutes by car/bus to Ocean Beach. If you surf this would be very convenient for you and you can keep your surfboard/wetsuit in the garage. Movie theater and many restaurants and cafes are a few blocks away. Safeway at La Playa is a few minutes away and is open 24/7.

Public transportation: the 5-Fulton bus is one block away, the 31-Balboa is two blocks away, and the 38-Geary is three blocks away.

Rent is $800. Deposit $800. Total move-in would costs would be $1600. Utilities such as internet, cable, Garbage, Water and PG&E are shared( ~$150 monthly).
