Hello! I have a room in sterling heights around mile and Ryan road. The Apts are called the Preserves, check them out. Very clean area.

This room will include your personal bathroom. You pay a flat rate of hundred which includes electricity, gas, wifi, water, trash etc. We can split fees for household items (cleaning supplies, detergent, food, etc) or we can buy our own, you decide.

You will have to do a background check with the leasing office prior to moving in.

Move in cost of 2 months rent). My lease is for a year, ending May , so you can stay anytime within that frame as long as it’s a good fit.

I am a fairly clean and tidy person. I clean up after myself and my kids. We can make an arrangement to clean any common areas. You will be responsible for maintaining your area. Any holes in the wall will need to be repaired/painted before leaving. I have and 6) who live me with half of the time that can be nosy at times. I also cook a lot, and Asian food can be overwhelming. Steaks are my favorite so it can get a little smokey. and I probably use the air fryer more than I should.

It’s a luxury apt with a walk in closet and you get your personal bathroom. Amenities include, basketball and tennis court, swimming pool and and small playgrounds. You will be parking in the guest spot

Pretty quiet and chill person, my 2 kids can be noisy sometimes they are 8 and 6 and live with me 50% of the time.
