Holiday Island is close to Eureka Springs AR, There are 2 golf courses Fee, swimming pool Fee on site Hot Tub, log cabin furnished, 54,000 acker lake Yes 54,000 ackers, many local activities in one of the few very gay friendly towns in the country. (Look up Eureka Springs) If you apply from out of town, I can house you for a night or 2 free of charge during the weekdays. This is for you to get to see the area and for us to get to know each other.

I am an older man and I am a retired counselor (social worker type), Domestic Violence Therapist, and CASAC (Credential Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. Full kitchen and yard privileges. Would consider some help for reduce rent. (Terms to be worked out prior to move in).

O tolerance for any drugs including 420. Light occasional alcohol use permitted. Would consider a gay couple with slight rent increase. Must help with cleaning or common areas and pick up after oneself. Environmentally concerned for our planet so must turn off all electric when not in use and close outside doors to save on heat and AC.
