Trey's room

I live in a three bedroom two bath house with a two car garage. You will have two rooms and a bathroom that you will be yours. The house has hardwood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The yard is fenced in and the house is in a cul-de-sac. The house is close to Moody and to Valdosta State. The house is in a HOA neighborhood and is quiet. The rent is 600 plus utilities. Utilities are water, power and internet. I’m looking for a clean person and a respectful person to move in. I would prefer a military person, but open to anyone that will fit the bill.

It is just me living in the house and looking for a roommate. I’m a clean person, quiet and respectful. Like to have fun when not working.
