Private unfurnished room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 988 sq ft. spacious home in 29 Palms.

I am ideally looking for a single occupant who is a responsible young professional. A peaceful, mellow, respectful person would fit in well here. $40 application fee (background check).

Lease terms Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month rent ($1,538 to move in).

I am not looking for loud party people. Our house is quiet after 10pm. I like open lines of communication, if something comes up please come talk to me. Please clean up after yourself in common areas particularly the kitchen, dining and living room.
