Hey there! I’m Lexy, 23. Im looking to fill this master bedroom with attatched bathroom and private patio off of room. There is also a private storage closet and assigned parking. Washer and dryer and wood burning fire place in unit. It is a really nice well maintained gated community. You will have access to pool, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, and small gym. A/C and heat available. Animals welcome. It is a quiet neighborhood and I absolutly feel safe in this community. 8 min drive to the beach and 4 min to the 5 freeway. It really is a great place to live.

About me: I work full time and am working on getting my real estate lisence. I have a small dog and cat. I like to do yoga, hike, workout, or go to the beach in my free time. I’m a quiet and clean person to live with. I would like to enjoy the roommate I live with, but we also don’t have to be in each others business all the time.
