East 9th Street

My actual travel dates are roughly 5/18 to 7/21. The apartment is available the entirety of this time. I’m flexible on getting out of the apartment early or returning late - let’s figure out something that works for both of us.

The apartment is a 3 bd / 2 ba with an in-unit washer/dryer.

My room is the master with its own private bathroom.

The apartment is close to Astor Place. If you’re unfamiliar with the city, this is a phenomenal location. It is walking distance from all fashionable south Manhattan neighborhoods, and < 5 minutes walk from Union Square, a central transit station affording you subway access to any part of the city.

My two roommates will be here during your stay, they are:

Roomie #2 - UMich CS alumni, California guy, loves code and soccer. Roomie #1 - UMich CS alumni, from Michigan, also loves code and weightlifting. They are super chill dudes, would recommend hanging with them over some espressos on a Saturday morning some time.

Please note - vibes are more downtempo. If you’re looking for a place to party a lot or host late in the evening frequently, this is likely not the best bet.
