You would also have your own private bathroom, kitchen & living room use, a secure parking area, security system, & park amenities such as a heated inground pool, gym, social activities & more . Electricity is split. There is a washer & dryer on premise. No pets allowed, no felons, no druggies, no alcoholics. Must work outside the home or be retired. No work at home jobs please. One senior non shedding hypo allergenic dog on premises. You must be a responsible adult, neat, very clean& over the age of 45. Background check will be done.
