George's room

Room for rent $ 1000 in the gated community in Kensington at Reseda CA. The room will be available May 20. this is a townhouse and you will have your own reserved parking space. The room is furnished with bed, side table, study table, tv, and closet. The bathroom is private 95% of the time unless needed for emergencies. The rent includes electricity, water,gas, internet, washer and dryer, kitchen use and a space in the refrigerator. We have a dog/ Yorkie on site. Female preferred.

You will be sharing the townhouse with the female owner and her son temporarily ( who will be going in September for college)
