My current roommate of several years from UMary is moving back to TX to take on a job and to be closer to family. The apartment is extremely well kept, spacious, clean, decorated with nice plants, decor from ikea and target, and has a lot of sunlight. Spacious oversized garage, and I take payment through venmo!
I’m very clean, sociable, quiet, busy, as I work. I am respectful of being quiet in the morning and I go to bed pretty early. Very communicative. I have a few friends over maybe once a month but like keeping the place very clean. I just turned 25 and am a devout Christ follower. I drink sometimes on weekends socially and don’t smoke. I’m super easy going. I really prefer someone who is clean, keeps things clean, and has good hygiene.
