Iceland Avenue

I have two rooms available! Hardwood throughout the entire home. One has a fairly large closet and the other has a regular sized one. My home is completely furnished other than the spare bedrooms. Location is in ensley but I have never had a problem the entire time living here, though I do have security cameras, ring and blink doorbells and extra locks on the inside. Beautiful interior and a fully fenced in backyard as well as a disconnected garage and a chicken coop (no chickens here lol) !!!The pictures are when I first applied to the house! House is fully furnished now and I’ll take pictures of it soon!!! So sorry but I hope they show the layout well enough for the moment

Currently just me! Previous roommate left to get a fresh start after a breakup. I do house cleaning as a side gig so you know I’m a very clean person! I am a zookeeper by day and I’m very sociable so I often host get togethers at least once a month in the home. Very good at communicating needs and issues which I hope you are too! My two dogs are a bit talkative but very sweet and lazy. Very leftist and queer so I honestly would prefer roommates similar. I have bones and oddities, only clarifying in case that’s a dealbreaker for someone! I also own a crested gecko and some insect colonies in the works which include a thriving colony of dubia roaches! (Another thing to clarify in case someone feels queasy about that.) Any other questions let me know!
