Responsible, 420 friendly (no smoking inside, vapes ok) 2 guinea pigs live there. No pets who will hunt them. Please be employed, clean and lower volume around 10.30pm -with minimal guests. Turn off lights when you leave a room. If using shared space for guests or would like to use the space for yourself only- just let us know :)
