Large bedroom/bath in a beautiful spacious craftsman house. Room comes furnished, but can negotiate. East side of Capitol Hill/Madrona. Close to lake Washington, arboretum, bus lines, food coop, grocery stores restaurants.
Large kitchen w/gas cooktop and family room. As well as large dining and living room Large front porch and back yard sunny deck (weather permitting) off kitchen
About the roomies
Owner keeps property up, and welcomes yard help:-) is easy going and good communicator :-). Roommates need to care about earth and be good recyclers :-)
There are two other roommates (male - mid twenties) living in the house both working in tech. The roommates are pretty social and easy going, like cooking and are open communicators. They are usually in and out of the house during work hours.
Cannabis friendly ..but OUTDOORS ONLY..
