Room is available to see -Family house with two lovely dogs!! The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, we are renting a room with a shared bathroom, right to use common areas, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. The room is fully furnished, full size bed, ceiling fan, nightstand, closet, television, executive refrigerator.

• We are very close to the Norfolk base, Old Dominion University, Sentara General Hospital, Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughter and downtown Norfolk.
• Parking for a vehicle outside on the street.
• Utilities included.
• Only one person please thank you!! It requires a background check, No pets, No Smoking inside property.

Everyone who leaves here is very welcome and friendly. Majority of time you don’t get to see them much because work schedules.
