About the room
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom townhome in the beautiful Herriman, Haven Dell Community. You would have your own private basement (fully furnished with new furniture), including a private bedroom, small living room, and full bathroom. You will have full access to the main level kitchen and top floor laundry room. The rental price includes all utilities, high speed internet, and full access to the clubhouse gym, pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. It is new and beautiful.
There is a $40 application fee that is required (background check included).
About the roomies
I am an English teacher, very clean, no pets, and quiet. You will only share the townhome with myself and my daughter (who will visit at times). We have the upper level, so you would have your own privacy downstairs. We are quiet, respectful, and courteous. :-)
