2 bed / 2 bath. you get your own entrance and own balcony. The only shared space is the kitchen. The room is split so we both have our own living room. Your side has the fireplace included. This has been my favorite spot I have lived in since moving to Austin. It’s an old building but everything works great and staff is fantastic. We have 2 pools, a gym, a creek and lots of trails on property. The rent comes to about $850-$900 TOPS all bills paid. (sometimes even less if you don’t put on heat or AC much)
