This is a historical house within walking distance of UWSP and the downtown square. The third roommate will have the upstairs to themselves; this includes two rooms. One can be used for a bedroom, and the other can be a private hang-out or study space. The house has air conditioning, onsite laundry, parking, and a small backyard. The main living areas and bathroom of the house are being updated.
About the roomies
We are brothers (21 and 24) who will both be attending UWSP in the fall. We like cooking, hanging out, music, and video games. The sunroom in the house will be for our cats and giant rabbits.
