4th Avenue

This cozy hidden gem is the perfect apartment for someone who is new to living alone, or just looking to step away from the hustle and bustle of the New York streets. Right on 4th Avenue, we are close to many stores, restaurants and parks. Our apartment is barely a block from the R train which stops at Atlantic Ave, there is a grocery store right across the street (as well as many family-owned businesses), and there are multiple laundrymats nearby-but there is one right next door to us! We have a sweet little corgi named Paisley and a loving kitty named Marigold.

Carly is a polisci major and Lae is a biology major. As college students and young women, we understand how important accessibility and safety are. This complex has three separate entrances which are all locked as well as locked doors to each individual building in our complex. We are looking to meet and interview possible candidates, as the harmony in the apartment is very important to us. There is a cute coffee shop right below us where we can get chai and you can get a feel for the area. We will discuss household rules in regards to garbage, groceries, etc, and we will gladly answer any questions you may have!

***The room featured in the listing is 9x9 and is currently being rented out. At the end of the lease- May 1st, 2019, Carly and I will be cleaning the entire room and furnishing it with a full-size bed with a set of sheets and pillows (no comforter), and two under bed storage bins.
