The house is located in the beautiful Grayhawk community. Plenty of walking and bike paths throughout the neighborhood and close to 101 and Scottsdale Rd. Shopping close by at Kierland, the Quarter, and Desert Ridge. Renter has full master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet, updated bathroom with backlit mirrors and gorgeous shower. TV in master bedroom has Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and other channels. Renter also has private washer and dryer, private 2 car garage with lots of storage space, and entrance to the master directly through the 2 car garage. Maid service every 2 weeks included. Pool with hot tub in backyard.
About the roomies
53 year old Mom with 9 year old twins and frequent visits from a 22 year old daughter and son in law. We also have 2 cats and 1 dog.
