I/We prefer women, but open to gender, or orientation, race, etc. We have an exceptionally clean and very, very quiet household in a semi gated community in Sunnyvale-centrally located on Tasman Dr between N. Fair Oaks Ave. and Lawrence Expressway. A five minute walk to the VTA Light Rail to downtown San Jose or the other direction to Mountain View, where you could also catch Caltrain to San Francisco or other destinations South of Sunnyvale.We are close to highways 101 and 237, interstates 280, 580, 680 and 880. NO smoking anything/no vaping due to asthma and allergies. It’s a perfect sized furnished room with morning sun and a huge wall to wall closet. The carpets were just professionally steam cleaned, and everything was cleaned and disinfected. We are looking for NO kitchen privileges. You can have a microwave and small refrigerator in your room. We have two clubhouses, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, a dance floor, piano, billiard tables, laundry facilities (in house and on site), soda machines, water fountains, and game rooms. We have on site security and property management. Housekeeping is every two weeks. All utilities, housekeeping and use of the amenities are included in the rent.
