Chris's room

We have a room open in a double wide home on a private road. The property itself is pretty peaceful and serene, with plenty of neighbors and a even a handyman nearby if you need something done. It is a dirt road, too, so keep that in mind.

The room is just off the kitchen and has a small private half bath with a closet also. It gets the best natural light out of any of the rooms and it’s the second biggest in the place also.

You’ll need to provide first and last months rent before moving in. My roommate would like to get a dog, so if you’ve got a dog it shouldn’t be a problem. There are two cats here, too, btw.

Please, no couples. No females either; with all due respect, we’re two middle aged men and we’d prefer not to live with women with which we’re not involved.

I am a working cook, a veteran, the cats’ owner. My roommate is away most weekends to stay with his kid, and watches a lot of sports.
