Kate's room

Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate who is around their late teens to early-mid twenties for my apartment. The room would be open June 1st and the lease goes until the end of May 2025. Rent including all utilities for one individual would be $600 a month. The room does have its own private bathroom. Washer & dryer are in the unit and free. The apartment building does have its own off-street parking.

A little bit about me is that I will be graduating from UMD this next Fall with my bachelors in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science. I also do have a cat. If you are interested, feel free to reach out to me.
