I’m looking to sublet my private room and bathroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in Marina Del Rey starting April 1. Rent is $1500, and if you’d like to buy my furniture from me you can! The other roommate is a young professional in her mid-20s - super outgoing, loves to go out, but also enjoys wine and movie nights at home. Ideally the person taking over my lease would be the same! Females only please!

The apartment is updated with washer/dryer in unit, central AC/heat, all updated appliances, walk-in closet, gated parking, and pet-friendly. The complex also has a gym, business center (free printing), package room, and pools/hot tubs. It’s across the street from tons of great places: drybar, sugarfish, nail salons, mendo, ralphs, trader joes coming soon, CPK, chipotle, and a mile (or less) away from the beach!
