There are 2 living areas downstairs, so you will have your own living space with a mounted 52in TV. The kitchen was just remodeled new floor and stainless steele appliances. Dinner are included if interested. There is also a 1/2 bathroom downstairs stairs as well as a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
