SHARED ROOM Looking for a roommate to share a room with for only $475/month! Available indefinitely starting August 1, 2024. The house is 3 stories, 2,053 sqft, and very central - under a minute walk to Mugs at the Oval. Photos include the room and common spaces. There are two closets in the room. Utilities are not included in the $475 but are not too expensive (and will be split among five people). The living room will be furnished; you do need to get your own mattress/bed frame.
