Hey! I have a spacious room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. There’s street parking! Close to all stores, good area, pretty quiet as well. Small backyard. There are 2 other apartments in my building, so we have shared coin op laundry!
Hi! I’m Felicia I’m 22 and live here on my own with my 3 cats! Rubi, Tori and nacho!! My cats are good with people and other cats! Tori needs time to adjust but does well once she does so if you have a cat or 2 you can keep them!! Unfortunately no dogs allowed, (no mice, rats, snakes or birds allowed) enforced by my landlord but Fish, bunnies, guinea pigs and cats are allowed. Right now the room available I’m using for some storage but everything can be cleaned out and out into the basement, which is also shared with the other tenants. I’m looking for a female roommate with no children!
