I am looking for a female roommate to share a house with me and one other female roommate in West Greenville. You would have a private bedroom (with ample closet space) and would share a bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished while the shared kitchen and living area are stocked and furnished.

It’s a cute home built in 2021- with hardwood floors, granite countertops, front porch, and a small but private back yard. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, new stainless steel appliances, central heating and cooling and the home is well insulated. Utilities will be split three ways.

Located in a popular area- short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, cute local shops, breweries, and yoga studios; quiet street; 5 minutes to Unity Park; less than 10 minute drive to downtown.

After learning from past experience, I will need a credit check and income verification (or proof of ample savings) if you are interested in moving in. (There is room for one additional well-behaved and fully house trained pet, which requires a $250 refundable deposit.)

I am a 48-year-old female, and I am looking for someone who is responsible, kind, and clean. I’m an educator and an artist, and I have a sweet dog. I’m an introvert but also enjoy company sometimes; I like to watch TV occasionally but prefer to keep TVs in bedrooms with closed doors and not in the living area; I also prefer to use natural cleaning products in the home.
