I am looking for a roommate to share a house with me and one other female roommate in West Greenville. You would have a private bedroom (with ample closet space) and would share a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished currently but can be unfurnished if you prefer. The shared kitchen and living area are stocked and furnished.

It’s a cute home built in 2021- with hardwood floors, granite countertops, front porch, and a small but private back yard. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and new stainless steel appliances.

Located in a popular area- short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, cute local shops, breweries, and yoga studios; quiet street; 5 minutes to Unity Park; 5 minutes to downtown.

After learning from past experience, I will need a credit check and income verification if you are interested in moving in.

I am a 50-year-old female, and I am looking for someone who is responsible, kind, and clean. The other roommate is a very nice 30 year old female. I’m an educator and an artist, and I have a sweet dog; she is a student and also has a sweet dog. Unfortunately, no other animals are allowed. (Also, no smoking, please.)

We are both on the introverted side but also enjoy company sometimes; we like to watch TV occasionally but prefer to keep TVs in bedrooms with closed doors and not in the living area; we also prefer to use only natural, non-toxic cleaning products in the home.
