All shared spaces - such as the Kitchen, Living Room, bathroom and Dining Room - are furnished. Housekeeper cleans weekly shared spaces. All utilities included in rent.
The Kitchen boasts brand new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops with pots/pans, utensils, plates/bowls, cups, and coffeemaker included. Additionally, shared household items such as dishwashing soap, trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are provided and restocked.
Front door are equipped with electronic keypads for extra privacy. Few minutes away from the beautiful busy Tradition and 14miles (30minutes). away from Jensen Beach. Walmart, Publix and many restaurants nearby as well as a free public buses nearby.
