Looking for a (female preferred) retired, professional or graduate student to rent a furnished room with bathroom in my home in quiet Aunt Hack area near shopping, I-84 highway, restaurants. Home occupied by female owner and two other tenants who rent rooms. Grown kids visiting time to time. Room is 12 x 14 with a closet and a large sometimes shared (when visitors here) bathroom.
Utilities (internet, A/C, electric, heat, snow removal, garbage) included, along with Laundry on the premises. Home protected by security system and cameras. Access to private pool at home.

Shared kitchen for cooking. Fridge/freezer, microwave, pantry and some basement storage also available.

Must be a NON SMOKER

1 month security + 1st month rent to move in. References will be requested. Available June 1.
