1 room for rent. Furnished with a Queen sized bed and a dresser but you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you’d like. There is a $1,300 deposit to move in, however, you can do payments if need be.
-Bills include (gas, electricity, trash, internet, water, etc.) -Room will be move in ready in June -No overnight guests -Lots of available parking near home
About the roomies
37 year old male. I have pets so if you’re allergic it may not work. I work random hours and I am looking to rent out a room with someone who is responsible, tidy, and respectful. More than welcome to use my appliances (tv, washer, dryer, fridge, grill, etc.) so long as you are careful with my belongings. I will eventually be renting out the 3rd room as well so there will be a total of 3 people (including myself) living there.
