Seeking a gay male roommate. I have created a sweet and high quality living environment designed specifically for a gay men to coexist comfortably. I have set up and decorated the house to be easy and comfortable to live in together. The house is open floor plan with lots of windows to allow natural light. 

House is in near TV highway and Century St. Near the Regal Cinemas Movies on TV. 

The House: This spacious 2,700 square foot house is 2017 built and a floorplan being highly conducive to 3 to 4 gay men living together comfortably and in harmony. With large common areas, a large functional and well stocked kitchen, beautiful driftwood wood floors, two modern bathrooms it is very comfortable and livable. Includes laundry facility next to the bedrooms and a massive pantry and extra refrigerator. The house is in an a lovely area and very quiet except for children playing during the summer, very safe neighborhood. It feels like living in the country, though still close to town. At night it is extremely quiet. No traffic or airplane noise. My living quarters are upstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs of the house and none of the bedrooms share any walls. The house is a smart house; keyless entry, Amazon Alexa speakers every floor, smart lights and other smart features. House has solar panels. 

The Kitchen: is modern and chef’s dream! It’s spacious, highly functional and very well stocked with all new high quality cooking gear. The stove is gas. There is plenty of counter space and room for multiple people to use the kitchen at the same time without it feeling crowded. I’ve added a second large refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space for your personal food stores and kitchen items. 

The downstairs living room has a large screen TV and leather couch and a billiards table. The upstairs loft is bright and airy. A sitting area with a TV. 

The Dining Area: is large and comfortable and set up to use. It features a large and comfortable table, expandable to seat 10.

Extremely close to Max bus stops. A Large Fred Meyer store is less than a mile away. Close to Tuality Hospital, Pacific campus, Intel, Hillsboro airport off TV highway. 

Drugs: I have have a zero tolerance for meth, drug abuse, drunks and cigarette smokers. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. 

The Bedroom: The bedroom is large, feature big closets and carpet floors. It has a large south facing window and lots of natural light. The laundry facility is in a separate room just a several feet away.  A shared bathroom with bath tub shower combo and twin sinks. Loft area next to bedroom has a 4K TV.
