60th Avenue Southwest

A 2 bed 1 bath apartment unit in a small townhouse style complex. The area is a minute walk to Alki Beach, and about 5 minutes up Admiral by car to most restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. In-unit w/d, hardwood flooring in living room and kitchen, and a good amount of storage space in the closets. All utilities including internet are already set up and run about $130 a month. Lease runs 12 months from June, but move-in can begin anytime in May. There is only 1 parking spot for the unit, but its by shareable hangtag and street parking is only bad during summer weekends.

My name is Sam and I’m the other roommate here. I work retail in the mornings/afternoons and enjoy coffee, most nerd hobbies, cooking, and ecology. I’m looking for a roommate who has a good sense of humor, sociability, cleanliness (doubly so in the kitchen), and would love to be able to chat with them on occasion rather than be ships in the night.

I have a small dog and cat, and additional pets would be on a case-by-case basis. I work at a dispensary so potential roommates should be 420-friendly in practice, but smoking can be kept outdoors if desired.
