Welcome to our quaint little 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Upper East Side. It has a really nice layout with hardwood flooring, exposed brick, a new kitchen appliances with lots of cabinet space, a dishwasher, living room for entertaining, Sonos for wireless music playing, renovated bathrooms, and multiple windows for great views and endless sunshine. There are 3 different restaurants on this block alone with three major grocery stores within walking distance. It is very conveniently located, a leisurely 4 minute walk from the Q train about about 9 from the 4,5, and 6 trains. It takes 15 minutes to get to Union Square, and about 25 to get to FIDI. Apartment is cat friendly and we already have the cutest little friend here.
