Month-to-month rent is available also. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to the ASU campus, right around the corner of Whole Foods (5 minute walk) Neighborhood is very safe. Currently, there are 2 occupants. 1 is a student who will is graduating this May (female) and the other one who is currently attending Embry-Riddle to become a pilot (he comes home about once/twice a week, and is very very quite). Both are very studious and exhibit a high level of courtesy to one another as well as to the property. 1 room will be available starting May 22nd, and the other room will be available starting in August.
