Re-posting because last potential renter backed out. I have a private room for rent with a walk in closet and a wall mount for TV. It’s rented unfurnished, but minimal furniture can be provided if needed. Bathroom is in the hall and will be yours but also used for any guests. Rent includes all utilities, cable, and wifi. With shared use of laundry, kitchen, living room, and fenced in yard with grill and year round hot tub. Also, you would have your own designated parking close to the front door. Room will be cleaned and carpet shampooed before move in date. Available May 1st.

I’m an esthetician with my own office downtown. I’m in and out of the house depending how booked I am. I love to cook. The little black dog in the pictures is permanent. The large dog in the picture is just visiting but he visits fairly often. Your dogs are welcome. We have a fully fenced yard and doggie door access.
