About the room
Three bedroom apartment, looking for 3rd roommate! Security deposit and first months rent due July 1st with a possibility of June first! We are two working ladies, pretty chill and laid back. Looking for a female, must have steady reliable income. Utilities are not included. The landlord will 100% run a background check, call your work for a reference, and call your previous 1-2 year rental history, and ask for two previous pay stubs to make sure you income is reliable. We have in unit washer and dryer!
