Great house corner lot house, really nice atmosphere and fun social roommate. It’s 4 bedroom 4 bath with 2 living rooms (1 up and 1 down). House has pool, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, lots of light, white carpet and a comfy, cool vibe. Good place to sit and read, visit with friends, or watch a movie. House has Netflix, wifi, gas mainlined grill, gourmet kitchen with island and cook top, granite counters, etc. Huge windows in 1 of 2 living rooms let in tons of light. Bedrooms have lots of light, chocolate walls, ceiling fans, walk in closets, own bathrooms, and are separated by 2nd living room so nobody shares a wall. This is a big house with big rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with great neighbors and a good mix of demographics. Spring is extremely nice with libraries, trees, golf, gyms (lifetime, la fitness, and 24 hour are all really close), shopping, dining, etc. I’m about a half mile away from the golf courses, multi-million dollar homes and Myer park. Overnight guests are no problem. Each Room is on the opposite side of the house so no shared walls.

I’m a straight male, with active social life. I work in real estate, love cooking, love cars, workout, play board/pc games, etc. Very easy going and clean. We’re 22-35 (two of us with room for one more). I actually love living with other people, this house is far too big for one person. We have some really stellar food here.
