It’s a 700 sq ft 1 floor duplex with 2 beds and 1 bath, near downtown Greenville. Between St Francis downtown and Prisma, close to 85. Close to the West End of Main Street and the baseball stadium. The smaller room is available, separate HVAC split, one closet, and one double wide window.
I work mostly late afternoons until early mornings, semi flexible schedule. I read cook and clean a lot. I rarely have people over, may go out for fun at times. Pets are allowed but I prefer no pets as first preference please - same for couples as not first preference (it’s a bit too small for two people). Water, power, pest control, and internet are split bills. I have a microwave and washer/dryer on the property. I’d prefer someone clean and doesn’t mind noise at any time of the day - I tend to take showers late after work or the gym plus run laundry.
