West 8th Street

A great little house that has an add on on the back where someone else will be living so it is considered an “apartment”. It is 3 minutes (or 1 mile) from the college campus. This bedroom is the downstairs bedroom and it comes with a desk and 2 separate closets, everything else will have to be brought. It is very secluded if you are looking for privacy. This pace also comes with the couches in the living room and the tv as well. All the kitchen appliances will stay as well (the main ones such as fridge, stove, microwave). Others such as air fryer or any other kind of plug in cooking device will have to be brought. The washer and dryer are included and NOT coin operated they are free to use. As far as parking goes there is a little spot next to the house but for convenience I recommend street parking. Included utilities are electric, gas, water, and sewer. You will have to pay fir your own wifi (splitting the cost amongst the roommates and yourself). Lawn maintenance is provided. Snow removal is not provided but there isn’t much to remove it from. Trash removal is also included. Pets allowed only with written agreement with landlord. If you have more questions please contact me.

I am sadly not living on the property so you would be living with two college girls. They have classes throughout the week and sorority functions as well (sorority functions and big parties not allowed on the property). Neither of them have pets. And they most likely wont be around a lot during the day. They are both very nice girls who are looking for a third roommate that has the same interests as them contact me to get to know more!
