Richmond Street

This is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom in a renovated apartment in Plaza Square. It is right by George Street and close to restaurants, bars, the train station. The room has a view of the pool and a huge walk-in closet. There is a in-unit washer and dryer. The community has a pool, BBQ, gym, lounge, business center, concierge service. Heating is free. I’m scared of animals, so looking for a roommate without pets. My current roommate is moving to the west coast and the lease is until Jan 2020. I’m currently occupying the smaller bedroom but am open to move to the bigger one if you are interested in a lower rent.
