Hello! We are looking for a kind and friendly female roommate to take up a master bedroom with its own restroom in a (4) bedroom house. The house is located in a quiet gated community. The room includes a parking spot either in the driveway or garage. There is a (2) car garage with (2) driveway spots and an additional parking spot in front of the house. The community also has (2) lots for extra guest parking. The backyard is a good size with plenty of space for a table and other things. The house includes a shared refrigerator, water cooler, and a washer/dryer.

There are (3) other females living in the house ages 24, 25, & xx. Roommate #1 is a Sales Associate at a mobile company and a student working on her bachelors degree in nutrition. She is a kind and friendly roommate that keeps to herself. Roommate #2 is a school substitute at a middle school. Roommate #3 is currently moving out, but we are currently looking for another female to replace her.
