Private Room – Quiet Home Near Smoky Hill & Tower Rd, Aurora

I’m renting out a private bedroom in my home near Smoky Hill and Tower Road in Aurora. It’s a clean, well-kept place — it’s my home, so I genuinely take pride in keeping it that way.

The room is bright and spacious with access to a shared bathroom. It’s available now and I’m flexible on move-in date, so no pressure to rush.

You’ll have full access to a stocked kitchen, a cozy living room to unwind in after work, and a washer/dryer in the laundry room. There’s also a really nice backyard honestly one of my favorite things about the place, especially on those Colorado summer evenings. Street parking is easy and never an issue.

Location-wise, you’re just minutes from Southlands for groceries, restaurants, and errands. DTC is about 15 minutes away, which is a big plus if you work over there.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m pretty laid back and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and enjoy a peaceful, drama-free home. No smoking inside.

We don’t have house parties or loud nights it’s genuinely a calm, quiet place to come home to. Everyone communicates openly if something comes up, and we’ve never had any real issues.
