Private room with closet and a window that looks over the pond & pool area. Shared bathroom with a very clean roommate! 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom, third floor apartment on the corner of the building. Parking is free and there are amenities (gym, pool, rec room, car wash area). We were the first tenants living in this apartment as well. Down the street from Valencia East, 15 minutes from UCF and 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. There is a shopping center right around the corner as well.

2 other roommates, one you will be sharing a bathroom with. Both wonderful people, very clean, and friendly. I am moving out so my room will be available and I’m trying to help them find someone that will mesh well! They’re both nerdy and love to watch shows, movies, do crafts, etc. There is a cat that is hypoallergenic, and one roommate is allergic to cats, but manages well.
